At Controladora Mabe S.A de C.V. , located at Avenida Palmas 215 Flow 7 Colonia Lomas de Chapultepec; CDMX and/or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries owned or controlled by the same group, we are aware that you have the right to know what information we collect from you and our practices regarding such information. The conditions contained herein are applicable to all information collected on behalf of and by Controladora Mabe S.A de C.V.

Mabe may collect any type of data considered as Personal Data and, if necessary, and also the data considered as sensitive. In both cases, Mabe is committed to ensuring that the data will be treated under security schemes that guarantee confidentiality at all times.

Purposes of the Processing of Personal Data

Mabe collects, uses, stores or transfers your personal data, to the extent permitted by the law, to carry out the following:

- Creation of personnel files.

Mabe will not, without your previous consent, share your personal data with national or foreign third parties, outside the Mabe group companies, such as: affiliated companies or any other company with the word "Mabe" in his business name (they can be at Mexico or abroad), (a) unless is required by the law, (b) the data has to be shared with his contractors, (c) to protect the righs or property of Mabe or from their customers; (d) that such transfer is contained in the law.

ARCO Rights

In law enforcement, Mabe has appointed the Personal Data Committee (hereinafter the Committee) as the body responsible for processing any requests you may have, including requests for access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding the processing of your Personal Data, as well as for the revocation of the processing thereof. For this purpose, you must send your request to the Committee, which must contain at least the following:
- Name of Holder and Address to communicate the answer to your request.
- Documents proving the identity or legal representation of the holder.
- The clear and precise description of the Personal Data from which the exercise of any of the aforementioned rights is sought.

Use of Cookies and Web Beacons
